About Us
10th Opus, LLC, was formed in January of 2016 with the goal of helping business owners realize the full potential of their business, which is their Opus. The firm is focused on helping companies and organizations operating in the B2B space maximize their full revenue potential by uncovering missing or underutilized routes to market. Realizing a company's full revenue potential is accomplished through a variety of routes. The firm also provides advisory services around Go-to-market Strategy and Execution or, for companies with an existing go-to-market strategy and go-to-market forensics on underutilized routes to market that are hindering growth. Lastly, the firm also provides more traditional consulting services in the form of fractional sales leadership or traditional business development combined with channel and strategic partnership expansion.
Its founder and president, Ralph Vetsch, has more than 30+ years of Sales Leadership experience managing direct sales teams, hybrid models of channels and direct sales for such companies as Stanley Black & Decker, Brooks Automation (Semiconductor Automation), and ATEQ (industrial leak test equipment). He also has extensive experience setting up and managing channel partners for a variety of industries (lighting, semiconductors, industrial controls, automotive, etc.) and geographies (US, Europe, Asia, Latin America).
